The item itself was great quality, and I would have considered ordering a different size. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. I understand there can be delays due to international time zone differences, and I have ordered from international companies before without issue. However, communication throughout this process was far below what I expected.
I submitted my return request on 05/06 and experienced multiple delays in receiving responses before finally getting return approval. My return was delivered to their facility on 05/16, and as of 05/31, I have not received confirmation that it was received or any update regarding my refund. While I believe the products are well made, this experience has discouraged me from making future purchases.
